Want an easy and super fun birthday treat for your students, but don’t want to resort to candy or sweets? Then you are in luck, because today I’ll be sharing how to create your very own classroom scratchers!
I’d seen this idea all over Pinterest and I just knew I had to try this crafty idea out and make some for my kids as birthday prizes!
Here is a little step by step tutorial on how to make them for your class. It’s super simple, and takes little time to prep and make. Plus, once you’ve created these for your class, you can reuse them year after year! All you’d replace is the used scratcher sticker.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- birthday scratcher templates (grab the free template at the end of this post)
- scratch off stickers
Step 1: Add your prize to the blank scratcher card. I’ve added a text box for you to use!
Step 2: Laminate and cut your scratcher card. You could also cover it with clear tape or clear contact paper too!
Step 3: Add the scratcher sticker from Amazon over the prize text
Step 4: The most fun step of all…scratch off!!
Don’t these look so cool?? I love the way they came out. I also love that they can be reused class after class! Saves me a ton of prep time when it comes to celebrating birthdays in the classroom. :)
Want to try them out for FREE? Just drop your name and personal email address in the contact box at the end of this post and I’ll send it over to you right away into your inbox!
